INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International returns are at the customers own expense. On your parcel please state ‘return of goods’ on the customs declaration form which is provided by the local post office or the courier you choose to return your items with. failure to do this will result in you being liable for the customs costs. Please follow below steps to return your item:

1.Inside your parcel there will be a form titled “returns”
2.Please select the items you would like to return
3.Please select the relevant reason as to why you would like to return the item(s)
4.Please enclose return form inside the parcel before you seal the parcel.
5.We advise customer to obtain a proof of postage and to keep this safe until your refund has been reprocessed.

 

Advice for customers

Please allow up to 21 working days for your return request to be processed.

Once your order has been refunded, you will receive a confirmation email.

All refunds will be refunded at the original purchase price using the original method of payment.

Delivery costs are non-refundable.

If you are an international customer, you must make sure the parcel states ‘return of goods’ and that the relevant customs and declaration forms are filled in.

Please check with your chosen return courier that a custom entry fee will not be charged for the return of goods
